âď¸ GOOD TO KNOW The home is most comfortable for 6â10 guests but can accommodate up to 12. Guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent. Pool heat is scheduled to 85°F, but temperature cannot be guaranteed below 70°F outdoor temperature or during inclement weather. A Rental Agreement and House Rules must be signed before arrival. âď¸ YOUR PRIVATE STAY You'll have exclusive use of the entire home, pool, screened lanai, fenced yard and garage. âď¸ SECURITY Visible exterior cameras are located at the front door and side garage door, directed toward the pool equipment/AC area. Door sensors are also provided for added security. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, so you'll always know when someone is entering, exiting or accessing the pool patio.
