☀️ GOOD TO KNOW The home is most comfortable for 6–10 guests but can accommodate up to 12. Guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent. Pool heat is scheduled to 85°F, but temperature cannot be guaranteed below 70°F outdoor temperature or during inclement weather. A Rental Agreement and House Rules must be signed before arrival. ☀️ YOUR PRIVATE STAY You'll have exclusive use of the entire home, pool, screened lanai, fenced yard and garage. ☀️ SECURITY Visible exterior cameras are located at the front door and side garage door, directed toward the pool equipment/AC area. Door sensors are also provided for added security. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, so you'll always know when someone is entering, exiting or accessing the pool patio.

Easy access from home to the beaches and attractions. There are a few routes onto Anna Maria Island. Recommended route is by taking Manatee Ave west to the island. Otherwise, Cortez Road West will provide another route to Anna Maria Island or a scenic route to Longboat Key, Lido Key and Sarasota.
